I absolutely love the celebration of life, milestones and community. We had the privilege to share our gifts of creating stillness, tranquility, mental pause, nervous system reset and clarity, with an awesome choir group from Sleepy Hollow, NY. We love when we're invited to facilitate a sound bath for a birthday celebration, it's a special meaningful celebration abundant with love depth. Creating restorative safe spaces everywhere we go. 💜🙏🏽💜

There's an overwhelming sense of gratitude when we're invited to facilitate a meaningful and spiritual celebration day. Out of all the celebratory ways for such occasions, they chose to show tribute to their lineage and honor their solar return with mind, body & soul care. In this case "The Rebirth & celebrating the next chapter..." with a mental pause, allowing inner messages, a sense of tranquility, clarity & balance as a introduction to the next chapter. This alone sets a tone of inviting new energy and manifestation to the goals you desire. This was a great intro to Sagittarius season for our amazing . One thing I absolutely love...is bringing healing and restoration to the community, allowing a sense of reset and recovery. On Saturday we had the privilege to introduce our Reiki infused vibrational Sound bath to community members in the Bronx. Joining our holistic practitioners that specialize is Acupuncture , Herbs/Nutritional care and it was very well received. Thank you Abena for inviting Sunseed and I, introducing this transformative practice of mind, body and spirit connection to the community. Much gratitude 🙏🏽 🫶🏽🙏🏽 Here's a small video of how it went.

Enjoy a sneak peek of our last sound bath in Harlem. Find a seat or comfortable position and allow the tones to bring tranquility, rejuvenation and a mental "pause" that aids emotional support to your day to day obstacles. Take a moment to give back and reset yourselves, starting with the breath. Take slow long inhales expanding the belly and slooooow exhales, feel your nerves system relax. 💜🙏🏽💜
