It's time to shift our perspective. Shift from the energy of worry, fear, dread, and doubt, and tap into the energy of faith, hope, joy, and success. This 9/9 portal has been no joke. Yes, these energies are here to support our growth, healing, and development. And yes, it can feel crappy as well.
No sleep or restless sleep, dietary changes, overwhelm, out of sorts.. it's a lot. Staying grounded, hydrated, and honoring your bodies need for rest will be very supportive for you.
The portals energies doesn't stop just because tne day ended. The door stays open for about 72 hours afterwards.
So take some time to sit with these energies and see what is coming in for you and what you need to release and then do just that.
