Running in your 50s feels different…in a good way.
We’re past the stage of needing to prove our toughness or nailing every workout.
For me, midlife running is about longevity and health-and running for the pure joy of it! 💫
It means adapting instead of forcing. Listening to what serves us rather than doing what we think we “should” do. Giving ourselves permission to pivot without guilt.
That’s not being soft. That’s being smart. And honestly, that way of thinking is probably what will keep us in the game longer!
