Chatty Rabbit Theatre is comprised of three Irish artists who combine original musical theatre with award-winning comedy. Rowland Bennett has an M. Phil.

Chatty Rabbit Theatre pursues original, sophisticated productions; innovative, witty musical theatre, drawn from the creative talents of composer/librettists Rowland Bennett and Thomas McGrath, and television comedienne Valerie Ní Loinsigh. The company has written and produced four original musicals: "FRUIT!", "Bein’ Bad", "Stripped!" and latest musical "Fox Live", which appeared in Smock Alley Th

eatre, Dublin, as part of the Collaborations Festival 2014, and is due to be staged in the Etcetera Theatre, London, as part of Camden Fringe 2014. The musicals are quirky, clever and energetic but also have a deeper, visceral side. in composition from Trinity College, Dublin, and is currently based in London pursuing a career in musical theatre. He has been nominated for an Irish Student Drama Award and his music has been performed on several occasions in the Samuel Beckett Theatre, Dublin. Valerie Ní Loinsigh is currently mentoring on TG4 comedy series An Gaeilgeoir is Greannmhaire, having spent the summer as Head of the Department of Comedy in New York’s Long Lake Camp for the Arts. In 2012 she won RTE Radio 1’s nationwide comedy contest, Ireland’s Funniest. She is in the final year of a drama degree in Trinity College, Dublin. Thomas McGrath is a medical graduate from Trinity College Dublin and is currently pursuing a Masters there in composition. In December 2013 he performed in the Project Arts Centre as part of Rough Magic Theatre's SEEDS programme.

Looking forward to Valerie Lynch's new writing and singing debut in BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center tomorrow and sat at 7.30PM.

Original founder and one of the company's writers, Valerie Lynch was just selected for the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center 'Writer's in Performance 2016' after an extensive audition and submission process. Her work will be performed at BMCC this December, keep an eye out!!
