As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on a year marked by global extremes, profound change, and meaningful milestones.

From the release of my new book Pure Human, to new international courses and partnerships, to completing Gaia’s long-anticipated Missing Links Season 4, this year has been a powerful reminder of what’s possible when we walk this path together. I’m deeply grateful to my incredible international team, and most of all to you, my global community, for your continued presence, trust, and heart.
