25 years later, we remember. 🇺🇸

Today, JPAFHC joins New Yorkers and communities across our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honoring the heroes who answered the call, and holding close the families and communities forever changed.

In the face of unimaginable loss, we also witnessed extraordinary courage, compassion, service, and unity. Twenty-five years later, that spirit remains a powerful reminder of what it means to show up for one another.

May we continue to honor their memory by carrying that spirit forward in the communities we serve.

JPAFHC’s Pediatric Dental Services Ribbon Cutting, originally scheduled for Thursday, September 10, has been postponed.

We look forward to celebrating this important milestone with Congressman Gregory Meeks, whose support helped make this expansion possible.

We sincerely appreciate our community’s patience and understanding as we work to reschedule this special celebration.

This weekend, The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center celebrated alongside our community at Queens Carnival, a vibrant Caribbean parade that lights up our streets every year.

Queens Carnival brought the rhythm, the color, the culture, and we were honored to be part of it. From an intimate VIP breakfast where we broke bread with community leaders and elected officials, to the streets alive with flags, feathers, and freedom during the parade, this weekend was a reminder of what community really means.

The Joseph P. Addabbo Family Health Center is proud to stand in the vibrancy of the Caribbean spirit that shapes Far Rockaway. Thank you, Queens Carnival, for the invitation and the joy.
