Join us...submit your abstract/proposal to present at IMM26 - how is climate change impacting our mental health, and what can we do to prepare and survive it?
Let's raise the many areas/subjects/topics in which we'll be affected, discuss these, and arrive at solutions - calling on our governments - globally to do, to take action...
Not addressing the effects on our mental health, we're looking at mass migration (the UN/WHO estimates that as the Earth warms, with significantly reduced drinking water, increased temperatures, droughts, flooding from rainfall and intensified storms - that approx. 30 billion people will move - one of the largest mass migrations, and with growing emphasis on nationalism, how will these moving masses be treated in the countries to which they're going to for their survival?), we're looking at higher stress, anxiety, and depression - likely leading to more suicides, we're looking at increased domestic/intimate partner violence.
