Run stronger. Move better.

This running drill helps build lower-body power, improve balance and coordination, and sharpen movement control, helping you stay strong and confident with every stride.

Stronger. More Confident. Moving Better.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing our patients regain their strength, improve their balance, and feel more confident in their everyday movement!

Our patient at MOTION Sports Medicine in Suffern shared how physical therapy with Maria Moldovan, PT, DPT, helped her improve her strength, balance, walking, and overall fitness—all while feeling supported and encouraged along the way.

At MOTION, we’re committed to providing personalized care, expert guidance, and encouragement every step of the way. Because progress isn’t just about getting better—it’s about helping you feel your best and keep moving forward.

Thank you for trusting MOTION with your care!
