Great tip: If you HATE nonfat plain Greek yogurt like I do, squirting 3 tablespoons of fat free Reddi Wip into it is a game changer. Then I add cut up fresh fruit (my go to is strawberries and blueberries) and literally a pinch (just for a little crunch) of sliced almonds, All-Bran buds, and mini chocolate chips. 0 point breakfast and it’s delicious!
Bonus- I make it on Saturday for the whole week and just grab and go each day.

Y’all…I’m a cracker and cheese fiend…and I am in snack heaven. 14 crackers for 3 points. 1 point for a wedge of cheese. I just did 6 crackers and a wedge of cheese for a quick 2 point savory bedtime snack. Now to keep my kids out of my crackers and cheese. We’re all hooked.

Dessert hack!!!
Mix 1 container of fat free Cool Whip with 1 box of sugar free vanilla pudding mix. Then fold in ½ cup crushed pineapple (canned in 100% juice, drained really well). Pop it in the freezer and OMG it tastes like pineapple whip ice cream light, sweet, and tropical!

I sprinkled a little unsweetened coconut on top because ya gotta live a little

6 Tbsp = creamy, fruity, and totally guilt-free!
