Procedures performed include brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids, and structural fat grafting to the temples, infraorbital hollows, and cheeks.
At 4 months post-op, there is visible improvement in eyelid heaviness, lid-cheek junction contour, and overall facial fatigue, with restoration of volume and a more rested, balanced appearance while maintaining natural masculine features.

There is nothing more rewarding for a surgeon than seeing a patient’s journey come full circle. Today we are celebrating the one-year post-operative anniversary of this closed rhinoplasty, and the results show exactly why patience is the most vital part of the healing process. By utilizing a closed approach, we were able to achieve these structural refinements with no external scarring. While the initial transformation is exciting, the one-year mark is where we truly see the final definition as the last of the internal swelling subsides and the skin fully drapes over the new framework.
