The deep plane facelift repositions deeper facial tissues to improve lower facial contour, jawline definition, and the transition into the neck. The endoscopic brow lift elevates and repositions the brow to restore balance to the upper third of the face.

This patient underwent a brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing of the lower eyelids, and structural fat grafting to the temples, infraorbital hollows, and cheeks.

At 9 months, we can see improved upper eyelid heaviness, a smoother lid-cheek transition, and restoration of volume through the midface and temples. The overall result is a more rested, balanced appearance while preserving his natural masculine facial features.
