No one gets it more than me. Come anyway. If you want different, you have to do different. And for me, sometimes that looks like walking into a room full of women and allowing myself to be part of the circle (actually me last night). 😘

This week starts the 4-week series exploring Change & Transition—for anyone who currently feels like life is a 1,000-piece puzzle with half the pieces missing.
Together we’ll create space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with ourselves and each other through:

💛 Meaningful conversation and community
🌱 Gentle practices to support you between sessions
