Psychiatric medications have their role… in helping reduce symptoms. They turn the volume down, but usually don’t fix the source.

We’re now entering a new era with Psychedelic assisted therapies with psilocybin, ayahuasca, ibogaine, and ketamine showing something very different… A chance for real transformation.

When your brain is idle, it goes into screensaver mode 👉 the Default Mode Network.

This is when we experience:

• Mind-wandering
• Self-reflection
• Remembering the past
• Imagining the future
• Daydreaming

The DMN isn’t necessarily bad… it helps us process life.

But for many of us, it turns into an automatic loop of negative thoughts.

When that happens, don’t fuel the flames by diving into the negativity loop. Instead…

1. Observe the thought
2. Breathe, then
3. Choose a better one
