Our final Class of 2026 resident spotlight recognizes Margaret Specht, M.D., whose commitment to patient care and education has helped strengthen our department.

Throughout residency, Dr. Specht has contributed to the department’s mission while caring for patients and supporting fellow learners. After graduation, she will remain at the University of Kentucky, joining the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology’s Generalist Division.
