Step out of work mode. Step back into your life.

You get through the day. You show up for work, for the people who count on you. And when it’s finally over, your mind keeps running. Even resting starts to feel like something you can’t quite settle into.

There’s a name for that space between stress and recovery, where you’re functioning but never fully present. I call it the Grey Zone.

On September 15, I’m hosting an evening to find the way out. Ninety minutes on a comfortable sofa, tea in hand, with a small room of people ready to slow down and reconnect.

This isn’t therapy. It’s a therapeutic process. A guided, science-based evening of reflection and real conversation.

Led by Dr. Diane Malaspina, Ph.D., a psychologist who works with high performers and a longtime yoga and mindfulness teacher.

Join me LIVE.

Imagine spending 90 minutes on a comfortable sofa with a cup of tea, a journal in hand, and a room full of people who are ready to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.

This is for you if:
You’re getting through your days.
You’re showing up for work, for your family, for the people who matter.

But even when the day is over, your mind keeps going.

Even when you finally have time to rest, it’s hard to fully settle in.

We’ll explore why it’s so hard to truly switch off, why rest doesn’t always feel restorative, and how to find your way out of the Grey Zone - the space between stress and recovery.

This evening is more than a conversation. It’s a guided, science-based psychological experience. Over tea, meaningful conversation, guided reflection, and nervous system attunement, you’ll begin to recognize the patterns that keep you caught between stress and recovery.

This isn’t therapy. It’s a therapeutic process. Together, we’ll create the space to reconnect with something many of us have lost along the way: the ability to be fully present in our own lives.

Led by Dr. Diane Malaspina, Ph.D., a psychologist who works with high performers and a longtime yoga and mindfulness teacher.

✨ Early Bird tickets are available now (first 30 seats or through August 25).

Have you ever caught yourself wondering why your reaction felt bigger than the moment?

Session Two is about understanding what your nervous system was preparing you for before the moment even happened.

If you missed Session One, you haven’t missed the journey.

I’ve created an easy way to join us:
• Start with the Session One recording ($67)
• Join Session Two live for $67 (normally $97)
• If you decide to continue, I’ll credit your investment toward the full series.

You don’t have to start at the beginning. You just have to begin.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself.

When you understand why you’ve been responding the way you have, you create space for something different.

That’s the conversation we’ll begin on Thursday.

I’d love to have you there.

Stress isn’t the problem.
Our relationship with stress is.

Most of us have been taught to manage stress by avoiding it, pushing through it, or recovering after we’re already depleted.

There’s another way.

At Mastering Stress at , we’ll explore how your nervous system responds to challenge—and how to build the capacity to move through stress with more flexibility, resilience, and clarity.

Over three days together, we’ll combine:
• Evidence-based stress psychology
• Yoga and mindfulness
• Breathwork
• Myofascial release
• Guided reflection
• Practical tools you can use long after the retreat ends

This isn’t about becoming calmer all the time.

It’s about becoming more adaptable.
If you’ve been carrying more than your body or mind was designed to hold, I’d love to spend the weekend with you.

You probably don’t question yourself all day.

Just after certain moments.
The feedback.
The email.
The conversation you replay all evening.

I’ve learned those moments aren’t random.
They’re often pointing us toward something worth understanding.
I
f you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Why do I keep doing this?” I’d love to have you join me for Decode Your Pattern on July 23.
I
t’s a live, interactive 90-minute workshop where we’ll make sense of those moments and begin understanding why they have so much power.

One of the questions I find myself asking in coaching is:
“What happened after you finished?”

Not during the meeting.
Not while you were writing.

After.
That’s often where the interesting part begins.
The email has already been sent.
The presentation is over.
The conversation has ended.
Nothing has changed externally.
Yet internally, something shifts.

Suddenly you’re reviewing, replaying, second-guessing, looking for clues that tell you whether you got it “right.”

I’ve become less interested in whether the work was good enough.

I’m much more interested in what made it so difficult to leave it alone.

Because that moment usually isn’t about the work.
It’s about your relationship with your own perspective.
And that’s a very different conversation.
It’s also where meaningful change begins.

If you’ve been noticing moments like these, I’d love to have you join me for Decode Your Pattern beginning July 23.

We’ll spend 90 minutes making sense of why certain moments have the power to pull you away from yourself and what they’re inviting you to develop instead.

You can start with Session One for $67 or join the full five-session series.

Enrollment closes July 21. Link in bio.

One of the biggest shifts I see in coaching doesn’t happen when someone solves a problem.

It happens when they realize they’ve been telling themselves the same story in very different situations.

Someone offers feedback.
“I must not be doing well.”

A relationship feels uncertain.
“Maybe I’ve done something wrong.”

A decision doesn’t go as planned.
“I should have known better.”

Different moments.
Remarkably similar stories.

We rarely stop to ask where those stories came from.
We simply assume they’re true.
What if they aren’t?
What if they’re old explanations that once made sense—but no longer serve the life you’re living now?

That’s the work we’ll begin together in Decode Your Pattern on July 23.
Not fixing your reactions.
Understanding them.
Because understanding yourself changes what becomes possible next.

You can join Session One for $67 or the full five-part series. Registration closes July 21. Link in bio.

Not every gut feeling is intuition.
Sometimes it’s anxiety asking for relief.

Before you make an important decision, pause.
Instead of asking, “What should I do?” ask:
“What’s in front of my fear?”

That one question can shift you from reacting to responding.

It’s one of the many coaching questions we’ll explore inside Decode Your Pattern, my live online seminar series beginning July 23.

If you’re ready to explore the patterns shaping your relationships, work, and life - and respond from your wise self instead of your overwhelmed self - I hope you’ll join us.
