Coming out of a relationship with someone who has narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) can be a time of confusion and realization. This is when many people begin to understand the different psychological techniques that they had been subjected to during the relationship.
If you’ve ever left a relationship with someone who has NPD, there’s a good chance that the relationship ended by what is called “reverse discard”.
