When did we forget how to flow?
The feminine.
The soft. The sensual. The flow. The rhythm. The intuitive. The wisdom.
She can be likened to water—moving without restraint, without interference or manipulation from others, always finding her way. A stream, a creek, a river… constantly in motion, flowing toward something. Understanding there is purpose in its destination.
But when water is no longer fed by its source, the flow begins to slow. It becomes stagnant. Murky. What once moved freely begins to collect debris, until eventually there may be little movement at all.
We are not so different.
When water is at its strongest and most uncontained, it can leave behind a path of devastation and destruction. It cannot control its own chaos.
At its weakest, the edges of its container begin to reveal just how much has been lost. And this, too, can create its own kind of devastation.
But when water is moving in its natural rhythm?
It simply finds its way.
It moves around what stands before it. It carves a new path when necessary. It smooths rough rocks. It reshapes the landscape. It leaves behind an imprint of where it has been.
There is both softness and incredible strength in its flow.
So how do we remember how to return to our own natural rhythm?
And perhaps more importantly… how do we embody a rhythm that has become foreign to us?
Because somewhere along the way, many of us became guarded. Armored. Dysregulated. So accustomed to living in our masculine—doing, pushing, managing, holding everything together—that our own softness began to feel like a stranger in our bodies.
What happens when, for just two hours, we allow ourselves to enter a space of safety and zero judgment?
To soften.
To move.
To breathe.
To reintroduce ourselves to the feminine energy that has never actually left us.
To reconnect with the intuition, the wisdom, the sensuality, and the strength so many of us have forgotten we carry.
Like flowing water, we need to be fed. We need to be nurtured.
And perhaps we need to remember that we are also our own source.
Releasing what we have learned to carry that was never ours.
Allowing the body to remember its natural rhythm.
Softening the armor.
Moving what has become stagnant.
And finding our way back into the flow.
The Wild Feminine is an invitation to remember.
Not to become something new.
But to return to something that has been there all along.
