We are excited to offer a Self-Regulation Information Night to support parents and caregivers who have children that may have difficulty managing their bodies, emotions, and attention throughout the day.

Kate Goodwin OTR/L and Katie Paterson OTR/L will provide information on the following:

✅ Explain why self-regulation and fight/flight patterns happen

✅ Share some simple strategies for supporting transitions

✅ Provide tips on how to allow children processing time

✅ Briefly touch on Sensory Processing

The information night will be interactive, with open discussion providing opportunities for parent Q&A throughout.
