Lynne Maune Yoga

Lynne Maune Yoga I teach a restorative, gentle practice to beginning or physically challenged students. I enjoy giving private individual instruction with focused practice.

I am a 200RYT who received my certification at Yoga House in Pasadena. I started my practice in the 90's at Center for Yoga and studied more recently with Hanna Gilan at Black Dog. I have been an early childhood educator for over 20 years, most recently with LAUSD. My nature photography is ongoing and I had a show in Brooklyn, NY at Rabbithole Gallery in 2011. I teach at various times at different

studios throughout the week. My practice is geared toward a more beginning practitioner who wishes to achieve ease and steadiness in the body, while gaining awareness with the breath. My yin practice is a deep stretch with long held poses. Some of my classes are restorative, using props to achieve a peaceful easiness in the body and breath.
