The Doctor's Daily Tonic......

Twilight

2 oz Spiced Rum
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Dark Rum
Fill Coke

In a rocks glass filled with ice, add the spiced rum, amaretto and dark rum. Stir and top off with Coke.

Saturday night, The Doctor made a house call to to Kings Park to celebrate the retirement and End Of Tour for Dave & Frank.

The guests enjoyed delicious food, heartwarming speeches and some amazing cocktails like “Sergeant Has No OT”, “Captain 10”, “Vested & Rested”, “End Of Tour”, “The Pension Fund” and “I’m Off The Clock” to name a few.

Dave & Frank, thank you for your service and for letting The Doctor be a part of your special day. It’s my honor to issue a 10-42 to both of you!

Blue Mediterranean

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
4 oz Vodka
Fill Lemon Club Soda

In a tall glass filled with ice, add the vodka, blue Curacao and lemonade. Top with lemon club soda. Garnish with a lemon and a sprig of mint.
