The 4 things I'll never go camping without — and most people forget. 🏕️

Camping is fun until someone slips on wet rock, grabs the wrong end of a knife, or a kid takes a hard fall miles from the truck. Here's what actually matters when help is far away:

1. A tourniquet you can reach — it can take seconds to bleed out
2. Wound-packing gauze — for deep cuts a bandage will never touch
3. ZIPPS — keeps lacerations sealed on the hike out
4. An organized med kit — so you're not dumping a bag out in the dark looking for one thing

You don't rise to the level of your gear, you fall to the level of your training. The best campers aren't the ones with the nicest tent, they're the ones ready when something goes wrong.
