Join Nikki for a week at the serene and secluded , tucked into the French countryside just one hour west of Toulouse. This beautiful French countryside property is the perfect place to slow down, deepen your practices, soak up the local culture and appreciate the best of French life.
Our days will include extended yoga and meditation practices in the large yoga barn, farm to table food (prepared by Nikki’s favorite chef Mhairi), walks on the country roads, dips in the pools, a one hour massage and fabulous French excursions. We will visit the local market in Lectoure, take a day trip to Montauban, have an optional tasting at the local winery and a dinner out a French restaurant.
Our home for the week is a quintessential French hamlet set in the south western countryside just one hour west of Toulouse. This beautiful family estate contains 4 private farm houses lovingly restored with modern amenities, while maintaining their original rustic charm. Each unique room is ensuite and each cottage has a shared living space and kitchenette. We have exclusive use of the property with two swimming pools, views of the countryside, gardens and two large yoga spaces fully equipped with all the essential yoga props.
