Most of us lead hectic lives and don't have time to hang out in caves in the Himalayas in search of eternal bliss. Using techniques grounded in ancient yogic practice, you'll get out of your head and into your body helping you be more present and tuned into energy.
This work is deeply personal to me. I learned many of these techniques because I need them—to quiet my mind, to soothe my nervous system, to ease my anxiety, and to begin releasing stored trauma from my body. Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom and adapted for real, modern life, this experience will guide you out of your head and into your body, where real transformation begins.
This is not just another class… it’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and come home to yourself. I typically only teach this work at my in-person retreats, so this is a special opportunity to access these deeply grounding, body-based practices from wherever you are in the world.
