We want to encourage everyone to offer a hand of support to those around you. Deep listening, a helping hand, or encouraging someone can go a long way.

May is a time to raise awareness of those living with mental or behavioral health issues and to help reduce the stigma so many experience. Mental Health is Wealth! Take good care of yourself mind, body and spirit because you deserve it.

In our household our dogs help take care of us as we do them, we support each other. Dogs are more than pets, they are family. They put smiles on our faces every day!
