Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. A reminder text will be sent out 24 hours before you scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice prevent that time from being offered to another client. Because of this, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small business owner, I dedicate significant time and effort to managing my schedule and accommodating clients' needs. I ask that the same respect be shown for my time and business by providing adequate notice when changes are necessary.

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If a true emergency occurs, please communicate with me as soon as possible. I will work with clients to the best of my ability and handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.

For clients who remain consistent with their wellness care and keep their scheduled appointments, I offer the following loyalty program:

Receive $15 OFF your 5th massage after completing 4 consecutive massages at full price.

To qualify:

All 4 massages must be completed at regular price.

The 4 massages must be completed consecutively without any cancellations or rescheduling.

Any cancellation or rescheduled appointment will reset the count toward the loyalty discount.

The $15 discount will be applied to the 5th massage.

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or package pricing.

June has arrived!!🌿 Along with it I have exciting updates Heather’s Haven! 🙌🏼

After seeing such amazing results, I’ve decided to keep my Reset Massage as a permanent service! Clients have reported fewer headaches, less neck pain, improved mobility, and one of my favorite benefits—deep relaxation. It’s become a client favorite, and I’m so happy to continue offering it. 💆🏼‍♀️

I’m also excited to introduce a ✨New Service✨: Low Back Pain Relief!✨

This targeted treatment focuses on the low back, glutes, hamstrings, and quads to address common sources of low back discomfort and tension. While it’s not quite as “go to your happy place” relaxing as some of my other services, the results have been fabulous. I’ve already seen significant improvements in pain, mobility, and overall function for clients who have tried it.

🌺It’s time for a springtime reset! 🌺

If you’re anything like me, spring, summer, and fall are when I’m feeling my best but I tend to struggle through the winter months. Snowstorms, stretches of days with no sun, and cold weather can really bring a person down.

It’s time to let it all go with a Reset massage and start getting ready for warmer days! ☀️

What is a Reset massage? This service will be focused on total relaxation and resetting the nervous system.
✨Beginning with a scalp massage to have you feeling grounded, calm, and activating the parasympathetic nervous system from the beginning.
✨Face massage will be optional for this service as some just don’t like their face being touched.
✨Working down into the neck and shoulders will follow, along with a focused amount of time on the hands and feet with hot towels throughout.
✨Finishing the massage with work on the back, focusing on the muscles closest to the spine from the neck to lower back and topped off with
✨10minutes of hot towels on the back to increase relaxation and circulation even more.
In total this service will last 1 hour and 20 minutes for $100.

✨For the best experience during this service, please allow hair to be worn down during the session, free of tight styles such as buns, braids, or clips, as this allows full access to the scalp for a thorough and relaxing scalp massage. 💆🏼‍♀️ Additionally, a small amount of almond oil may be used during the facial massage portion of your session to enhance glide and increase hydration! 😇

This service will be available through April. TBD if it will be permanently added to my service menu ☺️
