This is your first step before signing up for a membership.

During your appointment, we’ll: • Complete your Tanita BC-1500 body composition scan
• Review your goals
• Talk through nutrition, habits, recovery, and lifestyle
• Build a realistic starting plan designed for YOU

3️⃣ Choose the membership option that fits best afterward: • $199/month Coaching Membership

✨ For the most accurate body scan results: • Come hydrated
• Avoid alcohol the night before
• Try not to eat a large meal 2–3 hours before
• Avoid intense exercise right before your scan

The joy and love must be in those 121 calories because I found no comfort or enjoyment in what I was hoping was going to be a big hack for my love of PB.

1.5/10 (wouldn't recommend)

Would recommend only for baking and shakes.
