Ghost hunt.
Organizing a small group to investigate a place in the Cleveland Flats area.
Indoors and outdoors. Yes, has bathrooms and electric.
Building Disclosure comes later.
A Saturday night, but not too late. Starts at sundown, around 7pm. Ends midnight.
(The volunteers who have to stay with us have day jobs and aren't used to staying up late)
Goal. Evidence.
There is a fee im trying to negotiate, but it shouldn't cost more than 60 per person.....plus or minus.....
Team will have controlled break out groups of 4 or less.
Who wants to be considered?
Noone under 21.
I prefer seasoned investigators......
Target dates. Trying for a Saturday in August or September.
