I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude and extraordinarily proud of myself right now.
Over the past month, I’ve received extensive blood work, DNA test results, and screening results for colon cancer which is a disease I was once believed I was at high risk for. As I sit here at 48 years young, I feel so grateful that I chose a different path. I refused to hand my power away. I chose to take responsibility for my health, my mindset, and my future.
I broke generational patterns. I chose health. I chose happiness. I chose to take my struggles and turn them into a mission to help others.
There were times when I could barely make it through a workday. Times when I was terrified to tell anyone how exhausted I was or how much pain I was in. There were moments when I felt completely defeated. But one thing I never did was quit.
Today, juicing vegetables, red light therapy, coffee enemas, and the many other practices that support my well-being aren’t things I do, they’re simply part of who I am.
My deepest gratitude goes to the version of me that kept going when there was no evidence things would get better. She kept showing up anyway.
If you’re reading this and you’re struggling, keep going. Your current chapter is not your final chapter. The human body is incredible, the human spirit is resilient, and healing is possible. Never stop believing in yourself. Keep going🤍🫶🏻
