Happy Summer Solstice Friends! To celebrate the beautiful dance of light and dark, and all that we navigate in this life, we are excited to share a new product with you: Turning Fear & Anxiety to Coherence.
We want to offer a little context before you move forward with your purchase. This recording is not intended as an introductory experience. It was created for those who have already spent time with our foundational work and have developed some familiarity with the language of tone, resonance, and coherence. In this experience, we stay with the tones until coherence naturally emerges.
As a gentle disclaimer, this process may bring up some strong emotions. Throughout the session, the three of us found ourselves moving between tears and laughter, often unexpectedly. What unfolded was far deeper than any of us anticipated
To be honest, this is a strange one. It was not what we expected when we set up to record it.
But we trusted the work, stayed with it, and something remarkable happened!As we continued sounding and listening, coherence began to emerge.
By the end of the experience, we felt rooted, clear, grounded, present, and profoundly alive. We found ourselves arriving in a place of vitality that none of us could have predicted when we began.
In many ways, this session is incredibly simple:
Stay in the tone until coherence is felt.
Coherence arises naturally when we remain present long enough to move through the discomfort, the resistance, and the dissonance.
As we worked, it felt as though we had become human tuning forks, sounding the collective dissonance held within these areas and zones of the body and Biofield until harmony revealed itself.
This experience is both advanced and beautifully simple. It asks only for your willingness to stay with the process.
