Can we talk about trims for a second? ✂️💛

I know. Nobody wants to hear it. You’ve been growing your hair out and the last thing you want is scissors anywhere near it. I get it. But hear me out. 👇

Skipping your trim is actually costing you length — not saving it.

Here’s why:

Split ends don’t stop. They travel up the hair shaft and break off — taking your hard-earned growth with them. A timely trim removes the damage before it spreads, keeping your ends healthy and your hair retaining every inch it grows.

Think of it this way — a trim is not the enemy of length. Neglect is 🙅🏽‍♀️

At Lucid Kulture I assess every client’s ends at every visit because healthy hair starts at the foundation. You can’t build length on damaged ends, sis. ✨

Rule of thumb:
✂ Every 8–12 weeks for relaxed hair
