Today, on this Lunar New Year, we step into the energy of the Fire Horse. A force of passion, truth, and fearless self-expression.

I shot these photos months ago.
They were part of my business… but they’re also part of my becoming.

Releasing them today feels symbolic.
Like shedding hesitation.
Like stepping fully into visibility.

This year I am moving with instinct.
With heat.
With divine momentum.

In this video, my dear friend and soul sister Carly, a ceremonialist who works intentionally with cacao, shares her relationship with this sacred fruit—how she uses it, what it supports, and why ceremony matters.

Cacao has a way of gently lowering the walls around the heart.
It softens.
