Prioritize training your hamstrings. This will reduce knee pain. back pain, hip pain. Most of what we do in the world is quad dominant. RESULTS! When a client focuses on the habits they need, the results follow. Top number is weight, middle is non-fat, bottom is body fat %

Weight is not often the best indicator of results, but building muscle and losing fat is. This is with doing no cardio. Just strength training and eating healthy with lots of protein.

If you want to get on the right track, comment "results" and we'll get you started!

Any gym and/or coach that trains seriously will tell you to save wear and tear doing it this way. Im this case Crunch actually follows good methods. Your high school coach, definitely not.
