🌿 Weekend Reminder: You Don’t Have to Have It All Figured Out 🌿
If this week felt heavy, exhausting, or overwhelming, know that you are not alone.
Healing is not about being positive all the time. It's not about never struggling, never crying, or never feeling anxious. Healing is about continuing to show up for yourself, even on the difficult days.
This weekend, give yourself permission to rest without guilt.
Give yourself credit for the battles no one else can see.
Give yourself the same compassion you would offer a loved one.
You have survived 100% of your hardest days so far. That doesn't mean you have to carry everything by yourself, but it does mean you are stronger than your struggles would have you believe.
Take a deep breath. Slow down. Be kind to yourself.
You are a work in progress, and that is something to be proud of. 💙
