Universal Fact: Children will have meltdowns. They will have meltdowns at the most inconvenient times, in the most stressful situations, and over the simplest things. It is par for the course of being a child growing up!

Above ^^^ are some things you can do as a parent/caregiver of a child when they have a meltdown. We cannot control how others react or respond, that applies to your child as well. Lets focus on what we can control, which is how we respond to them during a difficult emotional time. If you are struggling to hold space for your child and focus on what you can do, reach out to us and schedule a parent coaching session!
