We participated in an exceptional Tamale making workshop led by Jacqueline Little, where we prepared a traditional Guatemalan-style red sauce known as recado, crafted masa dough, and explored various savory fillings, including chicken, cheese, olives, and raisins. We wrapped about 40 tamales in banana leaves too🤩
