A massage doesn’t have to stay in one lane for the entire session.

You might want slower, relaxing work through your back and shoulders, but more focused pressure around an area that has been bothering you. Or we may start one way and realize your body responds better when I change the pace. 💆

That’s normal.

Techniques like Swedish massage and deeper therapeutic work aren’t competing choices. I can blend approaches throughout a session based on the area we’re working on, your comfort, and what I’m noticing along the way.

You also don’t need to know the massage terminology before you book. Tell me what you’ve been feeling and what you’d like to get out of the session.

Sometimes an hour feels like plenty. Other times, your body could use a little more time. 💆

A 90-minute massage gives us room for a full-body session while still spending more time on the areas that need the most attention. For many clients, that means we can work through the back without feeling like we have to rush through everything else.

If you deal with chronic back pain, this is the session length I recommend. It gives me more time to work thoughtfully through the areas involved while adjusting the massage to what your body is comfortable with that day.

And that extra half hour really does change the pace. There’s simply more room to work without watching the clock quite as closely. 🌿

90-minute sessions are $160.50 and are available as in-home appointments.

Absolutely. 💆

Sometimes you don’t need equal attention everywhere. Maybe your upper back has been bothering you all week, your legs are tired after training, or one hip has suddenly decided it would like to be the main character.

Tell me what’s going on when I arrive. We can decide together how much of the session makes sense to spend there while still considering the surrounding areas that may be contributing. ✨
