Specialized Orofacial Myology I am Erin R. Terveer, BS, RDH, PHDH, COM. I have worked in dentistry since 2003 as a dental assistant and dental hygienist. I treat all ages.

I am a certified orofacial myologist through the IAOM. I have attended the Breathe Institute Courses in 2019 and the Breathe Baby in 2022. As the owner of Specialized Orofacial Myology in Omaha, NE I specialize in the neuromuscular rehabilitation of oral myofunctional disorders that include ankyloglossia (tongue tie), tongue thrusting and disorders of the temporomandibular joint. I work with many

providers in my community including dentists, an ENT, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and chiropractors to help treat the entire body. I belong and lead different study clubs and with some of these providers we help to educate our community on sleep disorders breathing, tongue ties, and other oral myofunctional disorders.
