PSA: We will not be holding a clinic this month. With May being such a full season of graduations, weddings, gardening, and community celebrations—and with fewer herbalists available—we’ve made the decision to cancel our May clinic.

We’re grateful for this community and all the ways you continue to show up, and we’re looking forward to reconnecting soon 💛

Our herbal clinic is happening this Saturday, April 11th from 11:00am –3:00pm at 2123 Pierce Street. See what we’re growing 🌱✨

Come sit with an herbalist, share what’s going on, and receive custom plant-based remedies made just for you 💚

🌱 Spring has sprung 🌞

The days are getting longer, the sun is lingering a little softer, and the plants are waking up all around us.

This is your gentle reminder to step outside.
Take a walk.
Feel the sun on your skin.
Notice what’s growing.

Spring invites us back into relationship, with the earth, with the seasons, and with ourselves.

If you’ve been thinking about planting something, this is a beautiful time to begin. Herbs like lemon balm, calendula, mint, tulsi, and chives are easy to grow here in Nebraska and offer so much in return.

Even a small pot on a windowsill can become a place of care, connection, and nourishment.

Take a moment today to breathe it in and be grateful for the longer, brighter days ahead 🌿
