This weekend I had the honor of sharing a sound meditation during a women’s retreat celebrating Beltane Moon.

The gathering was intimate, sacred, and held at the Sumpter Bed and Breakfast. My family has cared for this place for nearly 30 years. It has witnessed so many of our milestones and hosted countless holiday gatherings.

In the past few years of offering sound baths, I hadn’t yet shared one in that space. It felt especially meaningful to step into a circle already so thoughtfully held and offer sound in a place that has always felt like home.

Grateful to have shared in such a beautiful gathering. 💖
