What would change if you stopped letting fear make your decisions?

Fear often shows up disguised as hesitation, overthinking, self-doubt, or waiting for the "perfect" moment. It convinces us that staying where we are is safer than taking a chance on growth.

But fear isn't always a warning. Sometimes it's a sign that you're standing at the edge of something new.

Letting go of fear doesn't mean you'll never feel it again. It means you stop giving it so much power over your choices.

Today, release the need to have all the answers.
Release the pressure to be perfect.
Release the stories that tell you you're not ready.

Trust yourself enough to take the next step.

Fear will tell you to stay small, play it safe, and avoid the unknown. It will remind you of what could go wrong and encourage you to turn around before you've even begun.

But fear is not your intuition.
Fear is not your destiny.
Fear is not the voice that knows what's possible for you.

You can acknowledge fear. You can listen to what it's trying to protect. But you don't have to hand it the steering wheel.

I DID THE THING! I MADE A CALENDAR!

New goal is to make one each month with the sound baths I am doing. Now, most of these are held by other organizations/businesses. Look for the events under these events to register with. I will be posting each one as they come up so pay attention to the posts I share as well.

I know last month I was pretty absent. I had some personal things going on, end of the school year stuff for the kids, work end of the school year stuff, but I promise to try to be better at least once a day.

Thank you so much for everyone that has followed me along in this last year journey I have been on! You guys have made it some new dreams feels more achievable. I will continue to grow and help out however I can in the communities to help people feel like they can breath again.

Being courageous doesn't mean you're never afraid.

It means choosing to move forward even when fear is present.

Courage is speaking up when your voice shakes.
Courage is trying again after disappointment.
Courage is trusting yourself when the outcome is uncertain.
Courage is taking one small step toward what you want, even when fear tells you not to.

Fear focuses on what could go wrong.
Courage focuses on what could be possible.

Today, you don't need to be fearless. You only need to be brave enough to take the next step.
