The holidays are difficult for so many of us for so many different reasons. Grief, difficult family dynamics, anxiety, and Seasonal Affective Disorder (just to name a few!) combined with less daylight hours, more time inside, and the pressure to be all things to all people can take away the shine of the holiday season.
