Hey! I’m Cicely, 200RYT Yoga Instructor with additional certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I first turned to yoga to help with my powerlifting, but soon fell in love with the practice and how it has helped me - mind and body. When I am not teaching or practicing, I am a licensed TN Attorney and work in healthcare.

Meet us!

Hello, I'm Mital, a 500RYT-certified yoga instructor and certified sound healer with a Master's in Sound Healing. Born and raised in India, I moved to the US at 18 and have called Ooltewah home for the last 18 years. My professional journey has spanned from healthcare as a medical assistant to banking as a CSR.

In 2022, I discovered my true calling through yoga, became a yoga instructor, and furthered my training in India. In India, I experienced transformative sound healing baths and am now dedicated to sharing the benefits of sound healing, guiding others toward relaxation, balance, and harmony through sessions.
