Dr. Zachariah Francois is a psychiatrist who provides behavioral health medication management and compassionate mental health counseling for adults ages 18 and older. He sees patients in person and treats a variety of mental health conditions.

Jennifer Babineaux is being ACKNOWLEDGED as the spotlight employee for June 2026. We would like to INTRODUCE Jennifer, who has been a member of our OGHS family for the DURATION of 4 years. Jennifer is a registered nurse in the Labor and Delivery department.

Jennifer's EXPLANATION of her various duties:
Jennifer is responsible for many duties throughout the Labor and Delivery department, including helping women through labor, birth, recovery, and postpartum. She also helps patients with breastfeeding until they are discharged. Additionally, she assists with c-sections when needed.

What Jennifer likes about working at OGHS:
Jennifer likes working at OGHS because of the people, the employees and the patients. When she first started working at OGHS she remembers walking down the halls and everyone being so friendly. She works with wonderful coworkers, and enjoys the patients that she cares for.

What Jennifer would like everyone to know about her:
Jennifer would like everyone to know that she recently graduated with her master's degree and has passed board to become a Certified Nurse Midwife and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. This has been a dream of hers since she graduated nursing school and started her first Labor and Delivery position.

We had so much fun surprising Dr. Elizabeth Collins at Collins Family Clinic!

Dr. Collins has been named a 2025 United Hero — an award given to providers who go above and beyond in patient care. She needed to hit 93% in Getting Needed Care, 91% in Care Coordination, and 64% in Doctor-Patient Conversations.
