My daughter Emelia came into my room after I finished my ride and I was (barely getting through) some core work.

I grew up deep in diet culture and exercise for most of my life was a punishment for something I ate or to prepare for an event coming up.

When I became a mom, especially a girl mom, I wanted to model a healthy relationship between my body and me. I wanted to see it as a friend, not a foe.

Things I’ve learned since I got Vanilla oil:

1️⃣ It uplevels every diffuser blend. Add it to every blend!
2️⃣ It smells as comforting as a hug, weighted blanket or a purring cat
3️⃣ It makes me (almost) as happy as eating a vanilla cupcake ☺️

Talk about a glow-up! ✨

Deep Blue Stick has the added ingredient of Copaiba, making it even more effective for pain, arthritis, and sprains! It twists up (like a glue stick!) and you don't have to worry about washing your hands after or accidently rubbing you eye!

The ingredients are a 1 on EWG. When you take into account the essential oils, it bumps up to a EWG 3 but since we all know Doterra oils don't compare with grocery store oils, we know it's really a EWG 1 😉

Deep Blue Rub isn't going anywhere but now we have this amazing option too!
