Rachael attended the Sylvania Area Chamber of Commerce Women’s Leadership Summit yesterday alongside her colleague, Caitlin, for a day filled with networking, inspiring stories, and conversations about leadership!

It was a great opportunity to connect with women from across the community, learn from their experiences, and hear different perspectives on what it means to be a leader.
