For everyone who has been playing along with the clues… it’s time for the reveal 🌿☕️
The featured herb for this Saturday’s Tea Time with Meg is…
Melissa officinalis, also known as lemon balm.
And she is such a beautiful herb to begin with.
Lemon balm is one of those herbs that feels gentle, approachable, and deeply supportive all at the same time. Traditionally, she has been used to support the nervous system, digestion, mood, rest, and the body’s ability to soften when life feels a little too loud.
This is exactly why I wanted to create Tea Time.
Because learning herbs does not have to feel intimidating. It can be simple. It can be cozy. It can look like sitting together with warm mugs, learning one plant at a time, and realizing how much support has been placed right here on this earth for us.
This Saturday, we’ll be sipping lemon balm tea together while learning about her properties, traditional uses, energetics, and simple ways to use her at home.
Everyone will also leave with 1 oz of lemon balm to continue working with after class.
