So went to my nephrologist for the second time this month. She's telling me I need to stop eating so much salt, which I actually don't eat a lot of salt or processed food. But okay we'll go with what she says. Also, she put me on the lowest dose of labetalol twice a day. I think that's a little drastic. I think I will try it once a day and see how my blood pressure is. My blood pressure is not super super high but there are days that it is 150 over 90. Sometimes a little lower, sometimes a little higher oh. I also need to drink more water. I'm a little dehydrated. My creatinine was 2.4 and my bun was 82. That's very high for me. Apparently my Cyclosporine is high as well so there's too much of it in my system. So I think that's what's causing my kidney functions to be too high. This lady pays more attention to what's going on with me then the last doctor I had ever did which is weird... I was at a starting weight of 235 lb after being on Nulojix from January 2024 until November 2024 I gained 55 lb. I'm finally down to 218 lb. I have 38 lb to go to get back to my starting weight. Nothing has changed. My food intake or lack thereof has not changed so we will see. I would like to get down to 155 lb. That would make me more comfortable in my body. I have to get my labs done again next Friday and see where my creatinine level is at. Very happy that my A1C was 5.3 which is excellent even though I'm not diabetic. I still worry about that because it runs in my family. This is my update for now. Thanks for all of the support lately, I really appreciate it 🙏❤️🙏
