Today is the FINAL DAY of our 3-day Fertility Awareness Course, and it has truly been such a wonderful experience with this beautiful group of women. ๐Ÿค

Over the past two evenings, weโ€™ve spent time learning about the female cycle, reproductive health, fertility, and the incredible way God designed the womanโ€™s body. Iโ€™ve especially enjoyed the questions, conversations, and the opportunity to learn together.

Iโ€™m looking forward to our final session this evening and bringing these three days to a close. So grateful for each woman who chose to be a part of this course. ๐Ÿค

Most people think labor is all about ๐œ๐จ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ but hereโ€™s the real game-changer: ๐จ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ญ๐จ๐œ๐ข๐ง

This tiny but mighty hormone is what actually powers labor. It strengthens contractions, moves your baby down, and opens the cervix.

Most women are not told what to do when their water breaks.
And if they are,
hereโ€™s whatโ€™s often left out of that conversation:
The timing, risks, and whatโ€™s happening in your body actually matter more than the moment itself.

Running to the hospital is not always medically necessary, especially if labor hasnโ€™t started and there are no signs of infection or complications.
Understanding ๐ฐ๐ก๐ฒ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง to go in can help prevent unnecessary interventions and support a smoother labor experience.
