Hurricane prep tips people forget 🌀
Before the weather gets bad, here are a few things that can make a BIG difference:

- Take a quick video of every room, your valuables, appliances, and the outside of your home for insurance documentation.

- Freeze a cup of water and place a coin on top. If the coin sinks after an outage, your freezer may have gotten warm enough for food to thaw.

- Turn your fridge and freezer colder ahead of time and fill empty freezer space with frozen water bottles.

- Screenshot important phone numbers, insurance info, and emergency contacts in case service goes down.

- Bring in patio furniture, trash cans, decorations, and anything else that could become flying debris.

- Put important documents in waterproof bags or containers.

- Charge portable batteries, flashlights, and devices before the weather arrives.
