Your mind has been running all day.

The thoughts.
The stress.
The endless to-do list.
The feeling that you should be doing more.

And sometimes, your body needs a moment to reset too. 🧠✨

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body, including muscle and nerve function.

When you’re feeling overwhelmed, experiencing muscle tension, struggling with sleep, or simply feeling like your mind won’t slow down, it’s worth paying attention to what your body may be asking for.

đź’§ Magnesium IV therapy may be an option for people who need targeted hydration and magnesium support, when clinically appropriate.

Because wellness isn’t just about having more energy.

Sometimes it’s about finding your balance again.

More calm.
Better recovery.
Clearer focus.
A moment to breathe.

Your mind deserves care too. 🤍

Just tell me which one to get.

I hear it every week, and summer is when it peaks. So here’s my honest answer: the two I get asked about most this time of year are the Original Myers and NAD+ , and they’re not interchangeable. But they work GREAT together.

The Myers is the workhorse. Familiar, well-established, the one most people are actually asking for when they say “the good one.”

NAD+ is the one everyone’s curious about right now. It’s also the one I slow people down on. Longer infusion, higher cost, and a conversation I want to have with you before you book it, not after.

Florida summer doesn’t ask permission. Between the heat, the humidity, and a schedule that doesn’t slow down just because it’s 95 degrees, a lot of people hit August running on empty.

But which bag, or whether you need one at all, depends on you. That’s what the intake is for. Sometimes I tell people to skip it and drink water for a week first. That answer is free.

💬 Which one have you been curious about? Ask below, I’ll give you the real answer, not the sales version.

Hydration, cellular energy, vitamins + antioxidants — they all support the body in different ways. But that doesn’t mean everyone needs all of them.

One of the questions I get all the time is, “What should I add to my IV?” And my answer usually starts with another question: What are we actually trying to accomplish?

→ Hydration support helps replace fluids and electrolytes when you’re depleted.

→ NAD+ plays a role in cellular energy production, metabolism, and many of the processes your cells rely on every day. It’s also something I like to talk through with patients because more isn’t automatically better.

→ Vitamins, minerals + antioxidants can provide additional nutritional support, but what makes sense depends on the person, their goals, history, symptoms, and sometimes their labs.

That’s why I don’t love the idea of choosing an IV simply because a list of ingredients sounds good.

Every visit includes screening and an actual conversation about what you’re looking for, what may be appropriate, and whether IV therapy makes sense for you at all. Sometimes simple hydration is plenty. Sometimes we customize. And sometimes I’ll tell you that you probably don’t need an IV.

The goal isn’t to put more things in the bag. It’s to be intentional about what goes into it.

Have a question about hydration, NAD+, or any of the ingredients we use? Drop it below, I’m always happy to explain the why behind them.

There’s this weird culture in healthcare where getting an 18g is somehow a flex and using a 22g means you “couldn’t get anything bigger.”

That’s not how vascular access should work.

The goal should be the smallest appropriate catheter for the prescribed therapy, anticipated flow rate, vein, and patient—not the biggest catheter you can squeeze into a vessel.

Yes, there are absolutely situations where larger-bore access is necessary. But bigger is not automatically better.

A good IV start isn’t about proving you can place an 18.

It’s about knowing what the patient actually needs.

Normalize choosing the catheter intentionally instead of competitively.

Don’t compromise on your health. 💉Getting an IV isn’t just a trendy wellness boost—it’s a medical procedure. Before you let anyone near your veins, ask the one question that actually matters: “Are you licensed?”
