“When we say we want kids to be heard, it doesn’t mean they get to dictate what happens.”

In our next episode of The Why with Dr. T, Kara Schmidt breaks down a powerful (and often misunderstood) truth about kids, boundaries, and regulation.

Being heard isn’t about giving up structure —

This conversation is eye-opening for parents, educators, and anyone working with kids.

🎙️ Your Child Isn’t “Bad,” They’re Dysregulated
